Cultural Logic
CL was first published in Fall 1997 with over ten contributions including articles, reviews and a poetry entry.
Cultural Logic "publishes essays, poetry, and reviews (books, films, other media) by writers working within the Marxist tradition."
Cultronix
One issue contains 7-12 pieces. The site is searchable. Publication started in 1994, it is unclear when the last additions were made to the site.
Cultronix is "an interdisciplinary journal of art and cultural studies, addressing critical issues in contemporary institutions and practices. It publishes contributions spanning a wide range of media, and encourages contributors to use new media in order to expand critical and theoretical work to Internet reading audiences."
Cultural Analysis
An Interdisciplinary forum on folklore and popular culture
Cultural Analysis is an interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to investigating expressive and everyday culture. The journal features analytical research articles, but also includes notes, reviews, and cross-disciplinary responses. Cultural Analysis is global in scope, with an international editorial board.

Dissent Magazine
Dissent is a quarterly magazine of politics and culture. Each issue features reflective articles about politics in the U.S., incisive social and cultural commentary and a sophisticated coverage of European politics

The Edge (Journal of Intercultural Relations)
Started in 1997, The Edge is published four times a year. A table of contents is available for each issue. Works are presented in HTML format.
In addition to academic papers, The Edge also publishes biographies, travelogues, fiction, poetry, photo essays and teaching/training resources. The latter include such documents as syllabi for intercultural communication courses and information on instructional videos.
Enculturation
Started in the Spring of 1997, the last issue was published in the Fall 1997. One issue includes over ten pieces including 2-3 reviews.
Enculturation is a journal of cultural theories and rhetorics. It is "devoted to theoretical approaches to discourse, culture, and society." It features essays on rhetoric, music, film, literature, and critical/literary/postmodern theory.
History of Intellectual Culture
Edited since 2001 by the University of Calgary Press.
"a peer-reviewed academic electronic journal that provides a forum for publication and discussion of original research on the socio-historical contexts of ideas and ideologies and their relationships to community and state formation, physical environments, human and institutional agency, personal and collective identity, and lived experience. The journal will highlight the viability and vibrancy of intellectual history as a scholarly field, present new perspectives for research and analysis, and stimulate critical discussion amongst scholars and students.
Intercultural Comunication

Edited by the MPI in Halle/Saale. About 15 articles per year since 2000.
Other Voices - A Journal of Critical Thought

OV is an interdisciplinary journal of cultural criticism published at the University of Pennsylvania, College of Arts and Sciences. In addition to articles, the site also features interviews and hypertext projects.
Public Culture
Published three times a year since 1988 for the Society for Transnational Cultural Studies by the Duke University Press. Full text on-line since Winter 1994.
"Public Culture is an interdisciplinary journal of cultural studies, seeks a critical understanding of the global cultural flows and the cultural forms of the public sphere which define the late twentieth century. Stanford Electronic Humanities Review
SEHR is the electronic sister of the Stanford Humanities Review and so be default anything on the electronic version is available in its entirety online. One issue is published every Spring
SEHR is an interdesciplinary journal with an aim to "provide a wide-open forum for diverse voices from all over the intellectual landscape." Topics covered have included
Artificial Intelligence and the Humanities, The Cultural and Technological Incubations of Fascism, "Bridging the Gap": Where Cognitive Science Meets Literary Criticism. Contributors represent a multitude of departments including film studies, philosophy, English, comparative literature, cognitive science and sociology.
Techné: Journal of the Society for Philosophy and Technology
SPT is an American electronic quarterly journal, published on line since fall 1995.
SPT focuses on technology, particular technologies, modern or traditional, or social problems associated with technology.
